Job Summary
Supporting business initiatives through data analysis, the full-time Business Analyst will identify user requirements, improve processes, and assist with implementation while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Perform detailed analysis on assigned projects and recommend potential business solutions
- Identify and analyze user requirements and implementation barriers for new systems
- Conduct user acceptance testing to ensure alignment with business needs
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- 0-2 years of business process analysis or data analysis experience
- Project management experience preferred
- Knowledge of data migration and software enhancements is a plus
- Experience in the healthcare industry is preferred
