Business Analyst

Job Summary

To support advanced SaaS solutions, the full-time remote Business Analyst will manage client relationships, translate business requirements into technical specifications, and ensure successful implementation of scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with implementation managers to create requirement documents and assist in the implementation process, including UAT testing and handling change requests
• Translate complex business needs into value-driven solutions while partnering with cross-functional teams for seamless execution
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, leading discovery sessions and identifying opportunities for process optimization

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in enterprise software or SaaS environments
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field
• Demonstrated ability to understand and document business requirements effectively
• Experience in a customer-facing role with strong organizational skills
• General understanding of programming fundamentals and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
