Business Analyst
Job Summary
To enhance system processes, the remote full-time Business Analyst will perform advanced analysis, design, and implementation of solutions while collaborating with clients and IT teams to address evolving business requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Perform advanced analysis, design, and implementation of solutions for new projects and system enhancements
- Evaluate IT developments and recommend appropriate systems alternatives to improve current processes
- Provide project management expertise by creating project plans, schedules, and assessing required resources
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience
- Two or more years of programming/systems analysis or related experience
- Advanced programming knowledge in languages such as JAVA, C++, or SQL preferred
- Project management experience is preferred
- Strong system analysis and design skills are required
