Job Summary

A company in the Financial industry is looking for a Business Analyst.

Position Responsibilities:

Collect new business requests and document business requirements
Coordinate project activities to ensure adherence to high-quality standards and meet business expectations
Facilitate all Scrum events and ceremonies including sprint planning, grooming, retrospective, and daily stand-ups

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Minimum two (2) years of experience related to Technology and Business/Systems Analysis
Competency with MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and working knowledge of SQL
Ability to lead diverse groups to meet a common objective
Familiarity with software development procedures and methodology
