Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze business practices and influence system enhancements and maintenance requests
Create functional design documents for new reports and coordinate user acceptance testing
Monitor and document post-implementation problems and revision requests

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration or related field preferred
1 to 5 years experience in Information Technology or Education disciplines required
Experience with Agile/Scrum and waterfall-style Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Experience with web applications and SaaS products
Experience with Microsoft Office Products, especially SharePoint, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio
