Job Summary
A company is looking for a Business Analyst who will be responsible for analyzing data, uncovering insights, and making recommendations to support the development of a next-generation SaaS product.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify business challenges and provide strategic and tactical recommendations
- Analyze data to improve internal and external processes and product experiences
- Present insights and recommendations to senior leaders
Required Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of analytics experience with large customer data sets
- Expertise in SQL and Excel or Google Sheets
- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Looker Studio, Microsoft BI, Google Data Studio, or Tableau
- A mission-driven orientation and the ability to work cross-functionally
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent career experience
