Document processes and interaction points with the Learning Site
Facilitate requirements gathering workshops and resolve conflicts for developers and UI/UX designers

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or equivalent role in software product/technology requirements
Skilled at translating business needs into technical requirements
Data analysis and visualization using SQL
Experience in the Education or EdTech industry preferred
Passion to learn and grow in the industry
