Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit requirements and create user stories
Design business processes and facilitate the creation of functional and technical diagrams
Create and support reports, dashboards, and metrics utilizing business intelligence tools

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of experience with Cognos BI, DON/Jupiter tools, or similar
3+ years of experience utilizing federal HR data
2+ years of experience with Microsoft SharePoint content management
Prior experience in software development lifecycle and Agile coaching
Experience in business process modeling and requirements gathering
