Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:

• Investigate customer reported issues, reproduce them, and queue them up for resolution by technical staff
• Execute test procedures on defect resolutions or new functions provided by the development group
• Translate customer requirements into functional requirements for company offerings

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of business analysis experience
• 3+ years of experience in the utility industry
• Knowledge of, or willingness to learn, agile methodology
• Four-year degree in business analysis, IT, software engineering, or a related field
