Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide functional and technical support in healthcare applications, perform requirements gathering and analysis, propose business solutions, and provide operations support
Identify areas for process improvement to improve quality and optimize costs
Collaborate with the technical team to propose functional and technical solutions for complex business requirements

Required Qualifications:

3+ years of hands-on experience with healthcare systems development projects
Experience as a primary business analysis contributor on large complex projects
Experience facilitating and running JAD requirements design sessions
Experience with JIRA preferred
Bachelor's degree
