Job Summary

Business Analyst Advisor, this full-time remote position involves coordinating a business analyst team, bridging communication between clients and technical staff, and improving business processes to support technology goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate team duties and provide guidance to newer members on IT projects
• Document and share business requirements while analyzing and improving business processes
• Verify that all requirements are met by approving and validating test results

Required Qualifications

• 9+ years of experience in a relevant Business Analyst position, with 3+ years in Medicaid and Medicare preferred
• Knowledge of computer programming concepts and advanced analytical software such as Microsoft Excel or SQL
• Experience with requirement-mapping tools and methodologies like Scrum, Agile, SAFe, and Waterfall
• Strong executive presence and ability to communicate technical ideas effectively
• Proven leadership skills to motivate others and drive action
