Job Summary
To support innovative AI and data solutions, the full-time remote Business Analyst, AI & Data will manage stakeholder engagement, facilitate workshops, and drive project outcomes by aligning technical solutions with business needs.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct high-impact interviews and workshops to uncover business challenges and define project scope
- Map current and future value streams, identifying automation opportunities and quantifying benefits
- Collaborate with architects and developers to ensure alignment between business objectives and technical designs
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in business analysis or product development in the data and analytics industry
- Experience in a client-facing consulting environment with strong facilitation skills
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools like Jira and Azure DevOps
- Hands-on experience using AI tools to enhance business analysis activities
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to mentor others and contribute to reusable artifacts
