Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst - AI & Quality Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead detailed requirements gathering for AI capabilities related to non-conformance processes and document quality improvements
• Translate business problems and stakeholder needs into structured requirements and user stories
• Map current and future state processes for Quality Management and assess data quality issues across source systems

Required Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of Business Analyst experience in regulated or complex environments
• Strong background in Quality Management Systems and non-conformance processes
• Experience with AI/ML projects, automation, and intelligent workflows
• Ability to work with ambiguous data and drive clarity
• Experience gathering and translating requirements for cross-functional technical teams
