Business Analyst, AI Solutions
Job Summary
To support the organization's approach to AI and automation, the full-time Business Analyst, AI Solutions will facilitate discussions between business units, gather requirements, and act as the Product Owner for the Data & Insights AI product team, all within a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitate discussions to explore AI opportunities and alternative solutions
- Gather and document requirements and business cases for AI-related initiatives
- Act as Product Owner, prioritizing work and guiding AI projects from backlog through delivery
Required qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in business analysis, product ownership, or project coordination
- Basic understanding of AI concepts and automation tools
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies; Scrum Product Owner certification is a plus
- Strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to build relationships across teams
- Experience utilizing AI tools, particularly Microsoft Copilot, is highly valued
