A company is looking for a Project Business Analyst & HCD Researcher.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct business analysis to clarify user needs and translate them into actionable requirements
• Plan and execute user research to gather insights and create user-centered design artifacts
• Support project management activities, including documentation, change management, and KPI tracking

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
• 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, UX/HCD Researcher, or similar role
• Experience in requirements analysis, process modeling, and documentation
• Hands-on experience with human-centered design research and usability testing
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools
