Business Analyst and Project Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing Content Supply Chain delivery team, the contract Business Analyst cum Project Manager will provide flexible assistance across high-priority workstreams, focusing on capturing current-state processes, documenting requirements, and supporting project management activities within a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage multiple concurrent workstreams, tracking milestones, risks, and dependencies with transparency
• Translate business needs into clear requirements, user stories, and process documentation while facilitating workshops
• Support technology transitions by documenting current-state workflows and ensuring continuity of knowledge

Required qualifications

• 4-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with some Project Manager or Delivery lead experience
• Demonstrated experience in platform or operating model transitions and change facilitation
• Proficiency in Jira for backlog management and sprint tracking
• Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies
• Experience in pharmaceutical, life sciences, or regulated industry environments
