Working remotely, the full-time Associate Professional, Business Analyst will analyze client needs, collaborate with a team to improve business processes, and translate technical requirements into understandable language to enhance health and human services outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with business analysts to make client recommendations for improving business processes
• Translate client business needs into simpler language for technical teams and document systems requirements
• Execute and analyze test case scenarios to verify that client requirements are integrated into system design
