Job Summary

Working fully remotely, the Associate Professional, Business Analyst will collaborate with a team to analyze client needs, translate requirements into non-technical language, and document business processes to enhance healthcare solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with business analysts to recommend improvements to client business processes
• Translate client requirements for technical teams and document systems requirements
• Execute and analyze basic test case scenarios to ensure client requirements are met in system design

Required qualifications

• Basic understanding of the software development life cycle and proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Analytical skills to assess business needs and identify bugs or defects
