Business Analyst - Automation
Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Business Analyst - Automation, the full-time remote position will identify, analyze, and document business processes for automation across various enterprise functions while supporting RPA initiatives and ensuring successful implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes to identify automation opportunities and recommend solutions
- Gather and document business and functional requirements, creating necessary documentation such as BRDs and User Stories
- Support automation implementation throughout the project lifecycle and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of Business Analysis experience with a focus on process documentation
- Strong understanding of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and process mining
- Experience in conducting stakeholder workshops and gathering requirements
- Ability to create Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and Process Design Documents (PDDs)
- Familiarity with automation implementation lifecycle and governance
