Business Analyst - Behavioral Health

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement
• Gather and document customer requirements, translating them into business cases and technical requirements
• Lead Agile data projects, managing project teams, scope, and budget for successful deliverables

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 4 years as a Business Analyst or similar role with data and project management experience
• Experience managing project scope, budget, and timelines in an Agile environment
• Business Intelligence and/or advanced reporting experience using Power BI
• Familiarity with Microsoft SSIS and Microsoft Azure Data Factory
