Business Analyst - Behavioral Health

Job Summary

To support analytics implementations, the remote Business Analyst - Behavioral Health will evaluate business processes, gather and document customer requirements, and manage Agile data projects from planning through implementation and ongoing maintenance.

Key responsibilities:

• Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement
• Lead Agile data projects, managing project teams, scope, and budget for timely deliverables
• Design business intelligence dashboards and prepare reports for leadership and stakeholders

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 4 years as a Business Analyst or similar role with a focus on data and project management
• Experience managing project scope, budget, and timelines in an Agile environment
• Proficiency in business intelligence tools, specifically Power BI
• Familiarity with Microsoft SSIS and Microsoft Azure Data Factory
