Business Analyst - Child Welfare
Job Summary
Supporting large child welfare system modernization initiatives, the full-time Business Analyst - Child Welfare will translate program, policy, operational, and stakeholder needs into clear business requirements and documentation while working remotely with various stakeholders to ensure alignment between business objectives and system functionality.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver consulting project activities and analyze complex data to recommend actions and measure outcomes
- Facilitate requirements sessions and document current-state and future-state business processes and workflows
- Support quality assurance, user acceptance testing, and implementation readiness activities across project deliverables
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, information systems, social work, public administration, human services, or a related field
- 3-5 years of relevant professional experience in business analysis or system modernization for government health and human services programs
- Demonstrated ability to document business needs and validate workflows with various stakeholders
- Knowledge of child welfare and experience in supporting system modernization efforts
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
