Job Summary
Supporting large child welfare system modernization initiatives, the full-time Business Analyst - Child Welfare will translate program and stakeholder needs into clear business requirements, process documentation, and project deliverables while working remotely with various stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver consulting project activities and analyze complex data to recommend actions and measure outcomes
- Document current-state and future-state business processes, workflows, and functional specifications
- Facilitate requirements sessions and coordinate with technical teams to ensure alignment between business objectives and system functionality
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, information systems, social work, public administration, human services, or a related field
- 3-5 years of relevant professional experience in business analysis or system modernization for government health and human services programs
- Demonstrated ability to document business needs and validate workflows with various stakeholders
- Knowledge of child welfare and experience in supporting system modernization efforts
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
