Business Analyst - Claims

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst - Claims.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze, plan, design, document, and recommend improvements to business processes
• Act as a liaison between clients, project managers, and technical personnel to define and communicate business requirements
• Create and analyze test scenarios to ensure client requirements are integrated into system design

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of Business Analyst experience in the Healthcare industry; Medicaid or Medicare experience is a plus
• Strong analytical skills with expertise in business process re-engineering and quantitative analysis using Microsoft Excel
• Knowledge of programming concepts including configuration and development
• Hands-on claims experience with the ability to solve complex problems
• Experience with PERM audits and SQL is a plus
