Job Summary

Business Analyst - CLM, a full-time remote position focused on supporting Contract Lifecycle Management implementation projects by gathering requirements, analyzing processes, and configuring solutions to enhance contract management efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct stakeholder interviews to gather and document business requirements for CLM projects
  • Analyze current contract lifecycle processes and design optimized future-state workflows
  • Configure CLM systems and support testing and user adoption phases
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus
  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in CLM or related contract management software
  • Experience in requirements gathering, process analysis, and solution configuration within a CLM system
  • Proficiency in process mapping and business analysis techniques
  • Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools
