Key Responsibilities

• Performs work for multiple business segments and supports complex business processes
• Assists with project deliverables, including requirements, use cases, and testing plans
• Communicates technical concepts to nontechnical team members and conducts systems analysis

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
• Two or more years of relevant technical work experience
• Advanced database skills with experience in MS Access and SQL
• Ability to apply statistical methods to systems issues and analyze complex data
• High value contributor with a strong understanding of business operations
