Business Analyst Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst / Change Management Consultant, 75% remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and facilitate discovery workshops with business teams and vendors
• Document current state processes, roles, and identify pain points and risks
• Create executive-ready readouts and support post-discovery enablement/change management needs

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years supporting large, complex projects in fast-paced environments
• 5+ years in OCM and/or business analysis roles; related certification(s) are a bonus
• Strong facilitation experience and ability to manage deliverables with multiple reviewers
• Familiarity with planning/tracking tools (Outlook, Jira, Excel, SharePoint, Lucid)
• Bonus: Experience with OpenText, SAP Ariba, ServiceNow, or authoring requirements in Jira
