Business Analyst Consultant

Job Summary

Partnering with business leaders and project teams, the full-time Consultant, Business Analyst will analyze business needs and deliver Information Technology solutions, ensuring project scopes are defined and implemented effectively in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Analyzes new capabilities and changing business needs to inform the delivery of IT solutions
• Partners with functional experts to define project scopes and evaluates project achievements against business cases
• Leads elicitation sessions to develop process flows, requirements, and documentation while managing stakeholder communication

Required qualifications

• 4-8 years of experience in a relevant field
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
• Facilitation experience in project settings
• Pharmacy domain knowledge and experience with business process modeling
• Understanding of system integrations, data flows, and SQL experience
