Business Analyst Consultant

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Business Analyst Consultant will manage issue tracking and resolution, facilitate requirements gathering with stakeholders, and serve as a subject matter expert in organizational change management (OCM) within a technology-focused environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Open, triage, and track issues related to OCM while collaborating with business partners and IT
• Identify and escalate trending or critical issues to key partners as necessary
• Act as a liaison between users and IT, providing timely responses and coaching as needed

Required qualifications:

• 3+ years of business analysis experience documenting capabilities, features, and stories
• 3+ years of experience facilitating requirements gathering with stakeholders
• 2+ years of experience using Agile methods for project delivery
• Experience working with technology partners
