Business Analyst - Continuous Improvement

Job Summary

To support business analysis needs for Managed Care Administration, the contract Business Analyst - Continuous Improvement will gather and document business and functional requirements, collaborating with various stakeholders while working remotely with two weeks of on-site training in Sacramento, CA.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys to gather and evaluate business requirements
• Perform workflow analysis, process mapping, and develop use cases to document functional specifications
• Collaborate with business relationship owners and IS delivery teams to translate requirements into system and process solutions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience
• Experience with business requirements gathering and documentation
• Proficiency in standard analysis tools and applications such as presentation and spreadsheet software
• Ability to work independently with moderate direction and collaborate across departments
• Experience with workflow analysis and data flow modeling
