Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst - Contract Admin Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create, build, and maintain contract documents and templates
  • Manage contract documentation through established workflows and coordinate with internal partners
  • Support contract language development and perform quality checks for compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree (BA or BS) preferred
  • Prior experience in contract administration, compliance, or business analysis is a plus
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel
