Job Summary
Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Business Analyst Coordinator will provide expertise and customer service support to long-term care providers and members while managing escalated issues and operational problem resolution.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide customer service support and act as a liaison to manage escalated issues for a complex customer base
- Identify and resolve operational problems using defined processes and expertise
- Provide analytic and reporting support to the service center and other teams as necessary
Required qualifications:
- High School Diploma / GED
- 2+ years of healthcare customer service experience analyzing and solving customer problems
- 1+ years of medical claims experience (reviewing/processing)
- 1+ years of experience in a call center environment managing heavy call volumes
- Knowledge of medical codes (CPT, HCPCS, and/or ICD-10)
