Business Analyst - CRE Technology

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst - CRE Technology Enablement - Remote US.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of technology solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize business performance through data-driven insights
• Gather and analyze business requirements, recommending process improvements and maintaining documentation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in real estate, finance/accounting, business, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 6+ years of relevant industry experience, including 1+ years in a Senior Associate role
• At least 5 years of experience in commercial real estate and asset management
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite
• Basic knowledge of various deal types and complex debt positions
