Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst for Customer Experience Systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support end-to-end requirements lifecycle and facilitate solution discovery sessions
  • Act as a liaison between Customer Experience sub-teams and Business Systems & Data organizations
  • Develop process maps and analyze operational workflows to identify improvements
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Operations Management, or related field preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in business analysis or systems analysis roles
  • Experience with requirements gathering, process mapping, and solution documentation methodologies
  • Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies
  • Experience working with business systems such as Salesforce, Gainsight, or Tableau
