Job Summary
A company is looking for a Business Analyst for Customer Experience Systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end requirements lifecycle and facilitate solution discovery sessions
- Act as a liaison between Customer Experience sub-teams and Business Systems & Data organizations
- Develop process maps and analyze operational workflows to identify improvements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Operations Management, or related field preferred
- 3+ years of experience in business analysis or systems analysis roles
- Experience with requirements gathering, process mapping, and solution documentation methodologies
- Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies
- Experience working with business systems such as Salesforce, Gainsight, or Tableau
