Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst, Customer Success Analytics & AI to support Customer Success leaders with actionable insights and AI implementation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with CS leaders and stakeholders to define analytics requirements and manage a prioritized insights roadmap
  • Produce insights and recommendations across the CS lifecycle, focusing on trend analysis and executive storytelling
  • Define and execute Customer Success AI strategy, ensuring responsible AI practices and building measurement frameworks
Required Qualifications
  • 4-8+ years of experience in Business Analysis, CS Ops/RevOps, or similar roles
  • 1-2+ years of experience using AI-driven analytics platforms or ML tools
  • Strong skills in requirements gathering and stakeholder management
  • Experience with KPI design, segmentation analysis, and data quality awareness
  • Familiarity with AI/analytics tools such as Cursor, ThoughtSpot, DataRobot, or similar
