Job Summary
A company is looking for a Business Analyst, Customer Success Analytics & AI to support Customer Success leaders with actionable insights and AI implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with CS leaders and stakeholders to define analytics requirements and manage a prioritized insights roadmap
- Produce insights and recommendations across the CS lifecycle, focusing on trend analysis and executive storytelling
- Define and execute Customer Success AI strategy, ensuring responsible AI practices and building measurement frameworks
Required Qualifications
- 4-8+ years of experience in Business Analysis, CS Ops/RevOps, or similar roles
- 1-2+ years of experience using AI-driven analytics platforms or ML tools
- Strong skills in requirements gathering and stakeholder management
- Experience with KPI design, segmentation analysis, and data quality awareness
- Familiarity with AI/analytics tools such as Cursor, ThoughtSpot, DataRobot, or similar
