Job Summary

Working fully remote, the Business Analyst - Customer Success will manage post-order management processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency while collaborating with various teams to resolve issues related to shipments, invoicing, and inventory management.

Key responsibilities
  • Bridge gaps across Order-to-Cash stages by collaborating with Inventory, Sales Operations, and Distribution teams
  • Review post-order management data and initiate corrective actions related to shipments and invoicing
  • Analyze logistics trends and submit potential solutions for improvement to management
Required qualifications
  • Associate's degree or equivalent working experience of at least 5 years in the medical devices or pharmaceutical industry
  • 2 years of experience supporting Customer Service, Sales Operations, or Finance in an analytical capacity
  • General knowledge of procurement concepts and compliance with governmental regulations
  • Proficiency in Excel, Salesforce, PowerBI, and Oracle ERP
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities
