Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst- CX.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct process discovery, due diligence, and customer journey mapping exercises with clients
  • Identify digital transformation opportunities and drive business efficiencies
  • Act as a CX Subject Matter Expert and support client meetings

Required Qualifications:
  • Four-year college degree
  • 0-2 years' experience in Operations, Solutions, or Business Analysis
  • Working knowledge in Data Analytics, AI & Automation, Learning Technologies, or Digital Technologies
  • Familiarity with Cloud telephony (CCaaS), Conversational AI, CRM, and Automation technologies (RPA) is a plus
  • Strong sense of analysis and synthesis
