Business Analyst - Data & AI

Job Summary

To bridge business stakeholders and technical delivery teams, the full-time remote Business Analyst - Data & AI will lead workshops and discovery sessions, analyze business processes for improvement opportunities, and translate business needs into actionable requirements for solution architects and developers.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead workshops and document current-state business processes, identifying inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement
• Evaluate business processes to identify opportunities for AI, machine learning, and data analytics, quantifying potential business value
• Gather and document business requirements, creating user stories and facilitating stakeholder reviews

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Operations Management, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 3-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Process Analyst, or Management Consultant
• Strong experience in conducting stakeholder interviews and business process analysis
• Experience documenting requirements, workflows, and business processes
• Ability to facilitate workshops and lead discovery sessions with cross-functional teams
