Business Analyst - Data & AI
Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Business Analyst - Data & AI will bridge business stakeholders and technical teams by identifying opportunities for data, analytics, and AI to enhance business value, while gathering and documenting actionable requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead workshops and discovery sessions to analyze current business processes and identify inefficiencies
- Evaluate business operations for AI and data opportunities, quantifying potential business value
- Gather and document business requirements, creating user stories and facilitating stakeholder reviews
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Operations Management, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 3-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Process Analyst, Management Consultant, or similar role
- Strong experience in stakeholder interviews and business process analysis
- Experience in documenting requirements, workflows, and business processes
- Ability to facilitate workshops and lead discovery sessions
