Business Analyst Degree Audit

Job Summary

Collaborating with various stakeholders, the full-time Business Analyst Degree Audit will compile and program degree and program requirements into degree audit software, ensuring quality management and user acceptance testing while supporting data-driven decision-making in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the principal functional and technical lead on the configuration and maintenance of degree requirements in degree audit systems
• Research and resolve discrepancies in degree audit systems while conducting needs analyses for future improvements
• Facilitate project elements such as requirements gathering, user acceptance testing, and post-implementation evaluations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field
• Three years of related experience, with the possibility of education substituting for experience
• Experience with degree audit systems and user acceptance testing
• Knowledge of FERPA and related laws and regulations
• Experience working with higher education information systems and delivering user-friendly reports
