Business Analyst - Dynamics 365

Job Summary

Leading the configuration and implementation of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Supply Chain Management modules, the remote Business Analyst - Dynamics 365 will drive efficiency in global supply chains through workshops, fit-gap analysis, and end-to-end delivery while working on a contract basis through the end of the year with potential for extension.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct workshops to gather SCM requirements and perform fit-gap analysis
• Configure core SCM modules, optimizing for automation and scalability
• Bridge business requirements with system capabilities for multi-entity organizations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 8-10 years in ERP/supply chain consulting
• 5+ years hands-on experience in D365 F&O SCM / AX across 3+ full lifecycle projects
• Proven expertise in high-volume SCM scenarios like vendor-managed inventory
• Strong process mapping skills using Visio/BPMN and analytics via Power BI
