A company is looking for a Business Analyst - Early Childhood Education (ECE).

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with external government clients to gather and translate requirements
• Serve as the requirements owner within a Scrum team, prioritizing backlog items
• Analyze business needs, produce documentation, and support QA and user acceptance testing

Required Qualifications

• 4-7 years of experience in business analysis, systems analysis, or technical product management
• Experience with moderately complex software initiatives and Agile/Scrum environments
• Strong skills in requirements documentation and backlog management
• Experience interacting directly with external clients or stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
