Business Analyst - ERP Implementation

Job Summary

To support digital transformation initiatives for public sector clients, the full-time Business Analyst - ERP Implementation will collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and deliver effective ERP solutions, primarily in a hybrid role based in Sacramento, CA, with the possibility of remote work and occasional travel.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, document, and validate business and functional requirements
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to drive project success and translate business requirements into functional specifications
• Support the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) by collaborating with technical teams and producing high-quality project documentation

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• 4+ years of Business Analyst experience in enterprise software implementation or technology modernization projects
• Experience in gathering, analyzing, documenting, and validating business and functional requirements
• Proficiency in developing business process documentation and functional specifications
• Experience in executing software testing deliverables, including test plans and user acceptance testing
