Business Analyst, Excel Specialist

Job Summary

To support operational initiatives, the full-time remote Business Analyst, Excel Specialist will manage business analyses, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and create detailed business requirements and financial reports.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage business analyses and initiatives for financial planning and business intelligence systems
• Collaborate with Finance, Business, and IT teams to optimize costs and improve reporting
• Create detailed business requirements and conduct ad-hoc analyses to support operational decision-making

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, Economics, or MIS preferred
• 3 years of experience with Excel, including complex formulas, Pivot Tables, and dashboard development
• 3 years of project management experience in a business or healthcare environment
• 3 years of business analytics/informatics experience in a business or healthcare setting
• Experience in Hospital Utilization Management, Case Management, CDI and Coding, and Revenue Cycle Operations
