Business Analyst - Finance
Job Summary
Supporting the Global Head of Business Management, the full-time remote Business Analyst - Finance will assist in financial planning, reporting, and operational analysis, while gaining exposure to strategic planning and business systems in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of the annual budget and rolling forecasts across business units
- Compile, clean, and analyze financial and operational data to support management decision-making
- Help build ROI analyses and financial business cases for technology and capital investment projects
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2-4 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or a related finance role
- Solid understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis concepts
- Strong Excel skills, including financial modeling and advanced formulas
- Experience working with ERP or financial reporting systems
