Key Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains requirement documents for coverage, reimbursement, and system changes
• Monitors updates to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements
• Conducts analysis to identify root causes and assists with problem management related to state requirements

Required Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in a managed care organization, health insurance, or related field
• Knowledge of policy and government legislative review
• Strong analytical skills
• Proficiency in Office Product Suite including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
• Experience in a dynamic and autonomous work environment
