Business Analyst for AI Solutions

Job Summary

To support AI-enabled process improvements, the full-time Business Analyst for AI Solutions will work remotely to identify, design, and document business requirements while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiencies and automate workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Develop thorough business and functional requirements by collaborating with operational business process owners and end users
• Analyze claims workflows to identify opportunities for AI-assisted solutions and automation to improve efficiency and user experience
• Create project artifacts, process documentation, and business metrics while ensuring requirements are understood and implemented by Development teams

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role
• Strong background in claims operations, claims administration systems, or TPA environments
• Experience in gathering and documenting business and functional requirements
• Ability to translate operational needs into actionable development requirements
• Familiarity with AI, intelligent automation, or workflow automation concepts
