Business Analyst for Cloud Applications
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Business Analyst - Cloud Platform Applications (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and deliver release notes and user training materials
- Execute test plans, BRDs, test scripts, and user stories
- Document smoke testing, post-production bug reports, and remediation documents
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst focused on Salesforce implementations
- Proficiency in Atlassian tools (JIRA/Confluence)
- Experience with Salesforce products (Sales Cloud/Service Cloud)
- Full UAT experience including QA testing
