Job Summary
A company is looking for a Business Analyst for Compliance & Risk Management.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and manage user access controls using identity and access management platforms
- Evaluate and monitor data governance to ensure data integrity, security, and compliance
- Facilitate discussions to identify and mitigate risks while supporting IT audit processes
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Accounting, or a relevant field
- Proficiency in data handling and analytics tools, particularly Excel
- Experience with identity and access management platforms like SailPoint
- Familiarity with industry and IT security frameworks (e.g., SEC, NIST)
- Experience in IT auditing and knowledge of IT controls and logical access management
