Job Summary
Supporting a high-impact Sales CRM transformation, the full-time Business Analyst for CRM Transformation will partner with stakeholders to understand processes and translate business needs into actionable requirements while working on the migration to Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand current processes, pain points, and desired business outcomes
- Translate business needs into well-defined user stories, acceptance criteria, and business requirements
- Facilitate discussions between business and delivery teams to ensure alignment on scope and expected outcomes
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of Business Analyst or Product Owner experience in Agile environments
- Experience with CRM implementations or transformation programs; Microsoft Dynamics 365 and/or Salesforce preferred
- Strong skills in requirements discovery, process analysis, user story creation, and acceptance criteria
- Ability to influence stakeholders and challenge existing processes constructively
- Experience in healthcare, insurance, call center, or sales operations is a plus
